Edinburgh Festival Glamping was created with one simple mission: to make the Fringe experience accessible, comfortable, and affordable without compromising on that special festival buzz. Each summer, thousands flock to Edinburgh, only to find accommodation prices soaring. We wanted to offer a smarter option – one that’s welcoming, cosy, and grounded in community values.

Where It All Began

Edinburgh Festival Glamping is part of Stay Social Stays, a non-profit social enterprise that puts people, purpose, and community first. The idea was born over four years ago when we saw countless festival-goers priced out of staying in the city. Instead of hotel rooms and overpriced rentals, we offered something different – glamping with heart.

We’ve grown steadily, year on year, refining what we offer and constantly improving the experience. Today, we’re proud to say we are one of the most sought-after affordable accommodation options during the Fringe.
